Who cares? –?Making Migrant Perspectives on Care Visible
Wednesday, May 21st - 11:00 to 11:50 AM
There is currently a lot of discussion about care, care migration and the fair distribution of care work. However, the experiences and wishes of migrants and refugees are often neglected. How can these perspectives be made more visible? The current issue of the kohero magazine for intercultural solidarity is dedicated to precisely this topic. Editor-in-chief Sarah Zaheer gives an insight into how the magazine evolved and invites us to discuss how we can look at care from a racism-critical and intersectional perspective.
