Welcome to the Bremen Romance websides!

Dear students, dear prospective students,

We are pleased to welcome you to the Bremen Romance Studies website and to awaken your interest in our degree programs.

At Bremen Romance Studies, you will study the French and/or Spanish language in all its varieties as well as the associated literatures and cultures. During your bachelor's degree, you will acquire in-depth knowledge in the fields of linguistics, literature and cultural studies and can further develop your language skills in practical language courses. If you decide to become a teacher, didactic seminars will prepare you specifically for your future work as a foreign language teacher.

For prospective students:  Here you will find all the important information about enrolment (e.g. course-specific requirements), the study program and the recognition of previous achievements. You will also find an overview of the content of the Romance studies courses. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us - we are happy to help!
