This year's PRAXIS Summer Camp will kick off on August 4, 2025, at the University of Bremen's Faculty of Business Studies and Economics. Since 2023, it has been a collaborative format with Bremen University of Applied Sciences. The kick-off event will take place at the International Graduate Center of Bremen University of Applied Sciences. The grand finale with the presentation of results will start on August 22 at the University of Bremen's City Location, in the ticket hall of Forum Domshof.

For three weeks, students will work in interdisciplinary and mixed-nationality teams on specific tasks from business practice. The aim of the format is to combine scientific methods with practical challenges – in a solution-oriented, creative manner and in close exchange with partner companies from the region and beyond.

A total of 15 companies from various industries have contributed exciting problems this year – from the optimization of operational processes and digital business models to questions of strategic positioning.

Students benefit in two ways: they apply their theoretical knowledge to real-life situations, hone their teamwork and project management skills, and gain insights into potential employers. Companies, in turn, receive fresh ideas, new perspectives, and direct contact with committed young talent.

The Faculty of Business Studies and Economics is already inviting interested companies to participate in the next PRAXIS Summer Camp in 2026. We are looking for real-world issues with innovation potential – ideally from the fields of economics, management, digitalization, sustainability, or the future world of work.
