Activities
The University of Bremen welcomes its new employees twice a year with a welcome event. Here, information is passed on and the opportunity to get to know each other and exchange ideas is offered. The university's interest groups can also introduce themselves on site and information tables are set up. The "Verwaltungsnetzwerk" is also represented with a Table.
The goal is to organize training courses that we need within the administrative network. All information on this will be announced in the Stud.IP study group "Office_Network."
Information events were held in 2024 together with Martina Salm, ZMML, for Stud.IP (introduction, evaluation, registration procedures, meeting dates) and with Torsten Rosenthal, Department 3, Travel Management Office, on the topic of travel management.
Further information events/training dates are planned for 2025.

Meetings by invitation in the chat tool / study group or by e-mail. Anyone who can / would like to participate is welcome.
Anyone who has access to the study group can also invite others to a meeting.
A regular meeting "Lunch-Talk" (exchange) will take place starting 10th of April 2025 via the meeting room of the study group in BigBlueButton every second Thursday of the month from 11:30 am to approx. 12:00 pm. Dates can be found under schedule/appointment in our study group.

The administrators organize all processes, information and documents for the administration network.

On March 29, 2023, the Women's Assembly of Technical and Administrative Staff (MTV) took place at the University of Bremen. Monica Wehaus / Women's and Equal Opportunities Officer (LGG) was the organizer. The event was held in person and was therefore the first after the coronavirus pandemic. Many employees were present. Ms. Wehaus and Ms. Laskaridis (Deputy Women's and Equal Opportunities Officer) provided information on various topics. Among other things, the network for office, administrative, secretarial and assistant staff was presented. This is currently being set up and Ms. Lazar and Ms. Kautz reported on the current status.
Partial staff meeting 2025 The second partial staff meeting of the "Verwaltungsnetzwerk" takes place on 29.09.2025. Invitations with detailed information will be distributed in advance and published in the study group. |
Partial staff meeting network foundation "Verwaltungsnetzwerk" 26.09.2023 On September 26, 2023, the first partial staff meeting after the official re-founding of the administration network (formerly SAN) hybrid took place.

The goal for 2025 is to organize more face-to-face meetings.
A newsletter with information will be sent to all members of the administration network.
We were able to send our first newsletter to all members on our one-year anniversary in August 2024. We plan to inform everyone on a regular basis via this newsletter.
