The regional counseling centers (?Behandlungszentrum“) in Bremen are available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Responsibility according to registered address. (If the place of residence is unknown and the disturbing situation is on university grounds, contact the Behandlungszentrum Mitte. If you live outside Bremen, you can easily find the responsible counseling centers by entering the terms “Beratungsstelle Sozialpsychiatrischer Dienst” (social psychiatric counseling center) together with the location in a search engine.)

You can make appointments in the consultation hours ("Sprechstunde") of a psychotherapists through the appointment service office ("Terminservicestelle") of the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians ("Kassen?rztliche Vereinigung") in your place of residence. The appointment service office is also responsible for arranging different other doctor's appointments.

Usually, Kassen?rztliche Vereinigung has a digital doctor search function where you can specify the language skills you are looking for in a doctor. Here you can find doctors with varios language skills in Bremen.
If you are looking for a psychotherapist with other language skills than german, I would also recommend this search engine from the Psychotherapists' Association.
Telephone counseling (?Telefonseelsorge“, working with volunteers, not with professional counselors. Free of charge and available 24/7. The counselings are in german language only, but maybe the counselings offered via chat or email could still be helpful if you use a digital translater?) 0800/ 111 0 111.
