Our doctoral candidate Ricarda Kochems received two awards this summer. At the conference of the International Society for Quality of Life Studies (ISQOLS) in Luxembourg, she won 3rd place in the Poster Award. Shortly afterward, she received the 1st prize for the best presentation at the meeting of the German Society for Positive Psychological Research (DGPPF) in Lübeck.

In both contributions, Ricarda Kochems presented her self-developed “Integrative Framework of Happiness and Well-Being.” This framework unites multidisciplinary perspectives from happiness and well-being research to enable a more comprehensive understanding and improved measurement of human flourishing. Moreover, the approach offers practical applications in education, coaching, and policy, helping individuals, organizations, and societies foster greater personal and social well-being.

We warmly congratulate Ricarda Kochems on these outstanding achievements!
