The conference "Ways of Knowing: Epistemologies and Pedagogies" by the Society for Women in Philosophy Ireland features a talk by Olivia Nielsen titled "A Standpoint Kind of Knowledge."

On November 19th, Abootaleb Safdari will give a talk at the 5th International Applied Ethics Conference in Ankara. Title: "Otheroids or Anthropomorphism? An Empathy-Based Approach to Artificial Agents."

Am 24.09. h?lt Tammo Lossau im Philosophischen Kolloquium der ETH Zürich einen Vortrag mit dem Titel ?Antike Skepsis als Globales Ph?nomen: ?berschneidungen zwischen Zhuangzi, Sextus Empiricus und Nāgārjuna.“

Im Rahmen eines Festaktes zum 200j?hrigen Bestehen der Technischen Gesellschaft Zürich beteiligt sich Norman Sieroka an einer Podiumsdiskussion zum Thema "Wie interagieren die (potenziell) disruptiven Technologien Quantum Computing, KI und Bioengineering?"

Beim "Herbstevent" des Schweizer Handelsverbandes zum Thema "Zeit in diesen Zeiten" h?lt am 4. September auch Norman Sieroka einen Vortrag.

Olivia Nielsenis giging a talk titled "Suffering from (Un)Truths?" at the workshop “Is that so? Truth and Falsity in Feminist Epistemologies” at the University of Freiburg.

As part of the "Data Train" track, Norman Sieroka will hold a seminar on July 17 on the topic "Visualization in data science - Images and metaphors in science" - registration is open until July 11.

At the 54th meeting of the "Husserl Circle" at the University of Athens, Abootaleb Safdari will speak on "Seeing Through Others: A Defense of Open Intersubjectivity in Perception."
