On the 22nd and 23rd of May 2025, the “7th Bundesbank Workshop for Young Scientists on Applied Economics” took place. The workshop is supposed to give the opportunity, specifically to young researchers, to present and discuss their current research. The event is financially and organizationally supported by the Deutsche Bundesbank and is organized by professors from Lower-Saxony, Bremen and Saxony-Anhalt.
Torben Klarl organized the workshop as one of these professors. Additionally, Michel Grimm presented the research paper "From Heatwaves to Cold Spells: How Extreme Temperature Events Shape Inflation in Germany" in the workshop.
