Sustainability strategy
The University of Bremen adopted a sustainability strategy in February 2025. It anchors sustainable and climate-friendly action across the entire breadth of the university: in research, studies and teaching, transfer, campus operations and university interaction.

Sustainability fair on October 24
What's going on at the university when it comes to sustainability, climate justice and nature conservation? The first sustainability fair at the University of Bremen took place on October 24, 2024. Various initiatives, groups and projects that are committed to a more sustainable and environmentally friendly university on campus presented themselves.
