Student project Doggo-Roomie at the Computer Science Project Day

Our Master's project Doggo-Roomie presented its results at today's Computer Science Project Day: students from the Digital Media program transformed a commercially available vacuum cleaning robot into a household companion in the form of a small dog, and used it to conduct a study. The "dog" is intended to encourage people to lead a more active lifestyle; various nudges (here, levels of animation) with different levels of intrusiveness were tested. The project was supervised by Bastian D?nekas and Rachel Ringe, research assistants from the Digital Media Lab.

Great project and super work!
