Carolin Stellmacher stayed for 3 months at the UCL Interaction Centre in London

In summer 2025, our PhD student Carolin Stellmacher spent 3 fruitful months at the UCL Interaction Centre (UCLIC) in London, collaborating with Prof. Yvonne Rogers and Dr Mark Colley. Their joint work led to a full paper submission to CHI 2026. Carolin also presented her research projects as part of the UCLIC seminar series and built new collaborations across UCL’s Computer Science department, making the stay a valuable step in strengthening international exchange between UCLIC and the Digital Media Lab.

Carolin’s visit was kindly supported by the MMMIGS PhD Grant, and she treasures this time as both personally and academically enriching, making it a highlight of her PhD.

We are very happy to have you back with us, Caro!
