Dr. Serhii Medvedko

Postdoc

Serhii studied chemistry at the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, earning his bachelor’s degree in 2018 and his master’s degree in 2019. Alongside his studies, he began working in organic synthesis at Enamine Ltd. in 2016, where he also conducted the experimental work for his master’s thesis on the synthesis of monosubstituted spiropentanes. Serhii completed his PhD in Philipp’s group at the University of Tübingen in 2024. He is currently continuing his research on the isolation of reactive sulfur and oxygen species as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Bremen.
