round is possible at the University of Bremen from August 4, 2025 to August 22, 2025.

Note: Bachelor's degree (BA) is no longer eligible for funding. Only Master's (MA) and
Doctoral (PhD) programs are permitted.

Currently not residing in Germany or EU/EEC/EFTA

Bachelor’s degree or last enrollment in a Master's or PhD program was no more than 6 years ago

No intention to study/obtain a PhD in the fields of medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, law, arts, music, film, or architecture

Language certificate available: B2 level in German or English (usually max. 2 years old)

Which language certificates or evidence of language proficiency are available? (Multiple answers possible)

Goethe Certificate C1 or C2, as well as ZOP, KDS, GDS
