• Introduction to the Master's programme via the StugA E-SC (Master)

  Join us for a short introduction to the Master's programme English-Speaking Cultures: Language, Text, Media. We will go through what's important from the 1st to the 4th semester. Together, we will create an exemplary timetable for the winter term and answer your questions. We will offer one on-campus and one online session.
  
  All M.A. students are welcome! There are extra events for B.A. and M.Ed. students.
  
  For all international M.A. students who won't make it in time for Orientation Week, we will provide a digital presentation that will be uploaded to our Nextcloud. The link will be shared here and on our socials. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any events via Zoom, as previous students have recorded us without permission.

  In this meeting, we, the faculty of E-SC, warmly welcome all first semester students enrolled in the MA E-SC: Language, Text, Media. We will introduce you to the study program, the requirements of the first year of study, as well as support and counseling services.

• E-SC Campus Tour (Bachelor, Master, Master of Education)

  Tours last approx. 30 Min. // Starting at 3 PM and 4 PM
  
  We will offer a campus tour to show you around and highlight important buildings and other interesting facts. All study formats are welcome. The tours will be in German and English.
  We will meet in the Glashalle (the glass building right next to the tram stop Zentralbereich). Tours will start at 3 PM and 4 PM.
  
  Reminder for students of higher semesters: Feel free to join us if you're still unfamiliar with the campus. We're happy to have you, too.
  
  Afterwards, we will head to the Pub Night. If you want to join, you can tag along with your group.

• Pub Night (Bachelor, Master, Master of Education)

  Join us for our beloved pub visit in the Hegarty's Bremen.
  
  You can either join us on-site (there will be some StugA members waiting in the Pub) or tag along with us after the Campus Tour.
  
  IMPORTANT: As there is only limited seating in the Pub, please register with us (the StugA) beforehand via stugaang@uni-bremen.de . We will keep you guys updated on Instagram if there's any room left. But no worries, we will do this again, if possible, during the semester.

  Join us for a Mensa date for a little chat and food from 11.30 AM - 1 PM.
  
  We will meet on the left of the main entrance to the MENSA on the Boulevard at 11.30 (stone seating). We expect the Mensa to be crowded, just like every day of the week, so we try to be there as early as possible but might have to separate into smaller groups to find tables.

• Campus Rally: The GW2 and the Multiverse of Madness - Registration via mail (Bachelor, Master, Master of Education)

  Event from 2-5.30PM
  
  From Shakespeare’s Globe to Gotham City – join your fellow students for a rally across campus. Do you have what it takes to help Sherlock decipher Moriarty’s code? Can you prove loyal to the Oceans 11 and help them prepare for the Bellagio coup? Meet new friends and old adversaries, and prepare yourself for the madness of the Multiverse.
  
  We will meet in (front of) GW2 B3200 (StugenEck) on Thursday at 2 pm. You will then be sorted into small teams. We’re looking forward to seeing as many of you as possible.
  
  A registration upfront via stugaang@uni-bremen.de is much appreciated so we can make sure that the rally runs smoothly. Also, keep in mind that there is only a limited number of participants.
