Study Centers

Study Centers are the central point of contact for students when it comes to planning their studies and examination regulations. Often they can advise and assist students planning a stay abroad. In individual cases, the study centers are also a contact point for program counseling and recognition of exam credits. The study center also collects information that is important for studying and forwards inquiries. At the bottom of this page, we have compiled an overview of the study centers, sorted by subject area.

Program Counseling

Program counseling is usually carried out by professors appointed by the respective degree program. They advise on matters relating to the program itself, e.g. in connection with the study schedule, design, examination questions, possible specialties etc. The examination committees are responsible for the recognition of course work. Career Orientation Offices (Praxisbüros) and Career Orientation Office Officers

Career orientation offices support students in the preparation, planning and execution of an internship. In addition, students can find help for their career orientation. They are often the first contact point for employers and institutions that want to offer internships.
