Our Language Resource Centre is in Haus S 1.24, and offers:
- free access to the Macmillan English Campus andRosetta Stone language learning portals
- language cafés for various languages
- help in organising a language tandem
- information on the complete programme offered by the SZHB (tutoring programme, language courses, events, who to contact)
- grammar tutorials for a range of languages
- help in preparing for English exams
- Independent study tips in Moodle: tips and options for more than 15 languages to help you with your independent study

Opening hours in the lecture period summer semester 2025 (April 7 to July 11, 2025):
Changes to the opening hours from 12.6.-25.6.2025 added in bold below
Tuesdays, 11:00 to 15:00; exception: on June 17 the SLZ will remain closed
Wednesdays, 11:00-15:00
Thursdays, 10:00-14:00; exception: on June 12 and June 19, the SLZ will remain closed
The SLZ is closed on Mondays and Fridays.
