Curriculum Vitae
Shiyao Zhang (Izzie) has been working as a research fellow in the Digital Media Lab since June 2025. She completed her Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Science at the University of Bremen. During her studies, she worked as a student assistant and participated in several research projects in the field of biosignal analysis. Currently, Izzie is involved in the ABS project, which aims to investigate the attribution of Theory of Mind (ToM) in robots by externalizing their internal states to improve human-robot interaction.
