Chatbot to Organize Student Issues

Overview

The project Chatbot to Organize Student Issues helps students to clarify organizational questions about their studies, such as modules, examination requirements or credit points. The chatbot is based on study plans, module handbooks and examination regulations and is being developed together with students and lecturers. The focus is on user-friendliness, error prevention and continuous improvement through human feedback. The system is currently being tested in the Public Health degree course.
